Cucumbers can also be used as facial toners and as they are natural ingredients, you are sure to get good results. For a mild, softening toner, chop 1/2 a cucumber, and puree with 3 tablespoon of witch hazel and 2 tablespoons of distilled water. Make sure all pieces are blended completely using a food processor, then pour into a bottle and use generously by soaking a cotton ball and dabbing it around your face or using a spray can to apply it around your face. This can stay fresh for a few weeks as long as it’s kept in a fridge.
For a better toning result, take a cucumber and mash it up completely in a food processor. Squeeze a lemon in the mix and add 1 teaspoon of honey for a brightening, skin-tone evening mask. Leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse in warm water.
